You should talk with a person who is in charge of student involvement!. Get a petition going!.!.!.and that should be enough!.

Simply go to the activities center (or whatever center that handles on campus clubs) and tell them that you want to start a poetry club!.

It seems like colleges will start just about any clubs!. So you shouldn't have any trouble!.
