I now realize how impoverished my life has been for never having encountered the word "indehiscent!." And yet I knew that all the cereal crops of the Western world are the descendants of the mutant plants that possessed this seeming genetic defect, which made them easy to harvest!. In fact, they made civilization possible!. But I digress!. I think you are talking about breakfast, washing the dishes and slopping the pigs, but I wouldn't mind a translation of this insane bit of whimsy into English!.
