Question: Am i a good poet!?
I love you in ways that words can't express!.
I imagine the your eyes filled with love as you look down into my face and I imagine the warmth of your touch!.
I imagine laying in your arms and feeling safe for the very first time!.
I imagine our first date walking through the park holding hands and being as close to each other as possible!. I imagine dancing in the park by a pond and then we start to get tired!.
I imagine the willow tree we will lay under while I rest my head upon your shoulder as you sing to me with an angelic voice so soothing and lovely that any person would forget to breathe thinking it's impossible you're still on earth!.I imagine our first kiss so pationate and so beautiful that even an angel from heaven could not believe it was real!.
I imagine a love that could be but will never be!. As to you I am as small and weak as page number in a book!. Without me you could loose your place and never find it without having to read it all again and again searching for your place!.

but i prefer to read poetry that has some rhythm

I don't want to discourage your or imply that you are a poor writer, but I don't consider this a poem!. Poems, even free form or prose poems contain some forms of poetic devices that classify them as poetry!. To me, this is simply prose!.!.!.thoughts put to paper!. However, this does not mean it is bad, it's just not poetry!. also, you have to know that the subject is old, tired, and over used!. Something a little more creative would be nice!.
