Question: Graduation Message / Poem Input!?

My cousins graduation is next Thursday and I want to get a photoalbum engraved for her!. I've found this poem I like however I do not like the last line!. Does anyone have any ideas on what to replace it with

Upon your graduation, hold your memories in one hand,
but leave the other open!.!.!.
for your life is just beginning,

!? =/ i dont really know!. but something like that seems to fit more!. there are too many syllables in the one you have already!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
