Food I suppose
Is a wonderful thing
But it does help determine
If we’re fat or thin!.

And whatever friends tell you
You won’t think it’s true
You’ll be shredded to pieces
By the media and news!.

The choice is the worst thing
Which path do you take!?
The one with illness and worry
Or with friendships at steak!.

And what if the whole world
Could leave this behind,
And live on with their lives
With this one thing in mind!.

That there’s something inside us
Which people have missed
But we can’t live without it
It’s surely a gift!.

So no matter how “different”
Or “wrong” we may be,
Our hearts are the same size
Look inside and you’ll see!.

So what gives them the right
To make us change how we feel
Saying “Zero’s not good enough,
You just don’t appeal”!.

And I think we’ve forgotten
One important thing!.
They’ve never even met us
So why listen to what they think!.




How can people have the power
To influence our minds
Make us think that we’re wrong
When we’re really just fine!.

So to whoever reads this
Don’t fall in their trap,
Don’t let them take you
You might not come back!.

They’ll twist you and turn you
Flip your head upside down!.
And it might just be fatal
You won’t come around!.

There are ways to avoid this
There are ways to be free
Just stay true to yourself
Be what You want to be!.

And if everyone thought this
If everyone knew
There is one little message
Which will always be true…

That no matter how “different”
Or “wrong” we may be,
Our hearts are the same size
