Sleep well my love

I watch you sleep tonight my love
Purifying the air with each breath
Your chest it rise and falls
To give my heart, its purpose

You keep your eyes closed
So the room can remain darkened
Yet, your face it shines
Like one of Gods angels

I long for day to break
To see open eyes and smiles
Spirit, renewed and determined
To find new fears to conquer

We have become one flesh
In design and nature
And with all life’s tests
It’s our love, that makes us stronger
