"patience"
A scorpion lies in wait,
tracks clearly in the sand!.
The sun beats down, this arid land,
the scorpion silently sits!.
In this heat, time stands still,
scorpions do not mind!.
Concentrates on just one thing,
the feeding of his need!.
Dead earth all around,
he does not even budge!.
His weapon just a curled tail,
lunch is on his mind!.
The sun is at its pinnacle,
a chameleon wanders bye!.
Our hero now advances,
attack or starve and die!.
His tail finds it's deadly mark,
the tiny lizard twists and flails!.
The scorpions wait has now paid off,

its not about getting revenge or waiting to get payback!! Its about waiting for the one thing you desire or need most!. The scorpian needed food!.!. that was also a desire but he had to wait for it to find him!.!. Just as humans need a match in life!.!.!. its our desire to have a significant other!. Therefor we wait for it to come by and we seize the opportunity!! Haha nice job!! Well written!!

Sounds just like a dream I awakened from, life and death situation!. But I seriously wounded the scorpion and left him in pursuit!. At least I was aware!. One already compares your writing to a woman, one an opportunity to be noticed, I suggest it's an opportunity for something good in life that makes you grow!. (How wrong can I be!?) I know that this is not supposed to be about the antagonists - but - I didn't know that the chameleon and scorpion could survive in the same ecosystem - so my whole translation was off!. I felt that the scorpion was striking at "phantoms" - maybe it had heatstroke ;-) ?Www@QuestionHome@Com
