I asked the guru, then asked the swami!.
They said eat tofu, not hot pastrami!.
I said that it wouldn't bring relief
Okay said they, have roast beef'
And so I, to their wisdom sung
And nevermore shall hold my tongue!.

Love your poem by the way!. Take in mind I'm not much of a snobbish sort!. I like all kinds of poetry, rhymers, whimsicals, bloodfests, whatever but it should at least flow nicely and make sense to me and I don't have to "interpret" the damn thing!. Carnac would have reached for the mayo! Sage, parsley and thyme aside, I had cereal for dinner last night at 9 pm!.
