About to rise
You gave me these white wings
Whose weight sank me down
Into the guilty waters of morbid memories
the looming darkness from which was born
something strangely pure:
A beautiful virgin in clad in black
As I was dying,she had become real
Her mighty arms bore me here,
resurfaced me inspite of the drowning sea
I see a beautiful sight up overhead
And old wings pierce again
through the bones of my back
As the colourful bursts of transcended souls
Spread fire festivals across night skies
Flickers dance upon my face,beckoning me to fly
Calling me to stars,merge among their lights
I soar up,among the birds
Beyond the clouds,to the heavens
Away from you,away from my sterile home

I think it works, it makes sense as far as grammar of poems go, which is almost no grammar at all!. Not saying your poem doesn't have good grammar, I'm just thinking about people like E!. E!. Cummings who told grammar to screw off!.
