Question: Did the Count have a son!?
Count Son Rising

Filled to the brim
with youths BloodDrain
On his lips
the drink doth stain
On his DarkMind
the words do play
A nightmarish GothKing
bent to slay
The CountSon sings
with a HellBent glee
as he plays his strings
and watches thee
For all DarkStrength
he cannot find
a bride like his mother
he left behind
MortalMaid
will not him bare
finding fault
that he will share
DeathLegacy
has faded yet again
until the day
the count hunts men

Vlads child has risen

Oh, yes! A sequel!.!.!.!.I am thrilled about that as it means, perhaps, there will be more!? This is really fascinating in a dark and mysterious way!. Again the combination words work extremely well and are very unique!. "DarkMind" is telling, as are they all!. I love this part
The CountSon sings
with a HellBent glee
as he plays his strings
It sets up an image in my mind so vividly!. Thank you!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

A Vampires child playing his stringed instrument, wishing for love but for the monster he is, knows he will not find it truthfully!. I like this new series, it seems nice because each one stands as its own and you have not numbered them as of yet!. If I know you, I know this is not the last one of these!.!.!. you still have yet to give us the end!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

I love this so far' and cannot wait for the next chapter!.I think it's an awesome story which ever way it's told' and your way is going to be off the charts with your great ability at writing!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

The fictional or the real!? The real one, I am sure, had one!. At least he had a child, son or no!. The fictional one is just that, Fictional! Meaning, if a writer wants him to then, yes, he did!.!.!. or does!. But as you have written, the Count is DEAD! So he DID have one, now he is no more!. This is a very good poem in my eyes! It flows (except for the first few lines which may be a little too short!.!.!. not a bigy) and the combo words are fun to read!. It is a serious poem, and, as has been said by another who answered your last one, has a humorous twist to it!.!.!. just slightly!. Not enough to change the fact that this is bone chilling!. (or should I say, Blood curdling!?) When I read a rhyming poem I usually do not see it as that dark (Edgar being a rare exception) but yours caries a depth to it even through the nursery RHYM aspect!. I enjoyed it thoroughly and wait to see if you will do it again!. I will be on the lookout for another one!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
