Question: Is this a love poem!?

DAYDREAM

If I were to write
a poem,
filled with images
beautiful and desperate!.!.!.
would you answer!?

I created
this for you,
a new life in words,
a beginning without time,
feasting on lyrics and
the love within them!.

We will dance
on shores of glass,
the crystalline words
we spoke
so easily shattered,
but you will not
join in the steps,
for I have not
written them into eternity!.

The illusion
that you are
is sweeter than chasing
a reality
that shall never be mine!.
The words I need
do not belong to me,
and even if I could speak

It could be a few kinds of poetry!.

It could be a love poem, because you say "feasting on lyrics and the love within them!." and it seems like your speaking of the poem itself has love within it!.

It could be for a friend because you say "would you answer!?" and we often need someone to answer, even if we don't ask!.

But i think it's a great poem either way, and sounds more like a love poem!.

The best advice i can give you, is to NEVER, EVER stop writing and to let your spirit flow with the words!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Sounds like a love lost, It is interesting as all your poems are,
but dancing on glass and shatter, brings image of bleeding
feet to me, which does not enhance love as I know love to be!.

It's one of my favorite types of love poems a bitter unrequited love!.!.!.at least your poems aren't as violent as mine!.!.!.if by some miracle it was me that you liked!.!.!.of course I would listen :DWww@QuestionHome@Com

i think different people will take it different ways!.

To me I'm not so sure I see it as a love poem to a lover, but more about being in love with a lover!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
