Lost In You
I don’t care if the sun rises
It doesn’t matter if I lose my job
Nothing in life anymore surprises
And I am free to guiltlessly rob
Now that I’m lost in you
The stars no longer hold mystery
Spice no longer matters in food
I don’t go to nature to find beauty
To friends and strangers I’m carelessly rude
Now that I’m lost in you
I am a man without a heart
I am a man without a soul
I am a man now torn apart
With no way to again be whole
Now that I’m lost in you
My greatest goal was to have you
You would make me complete
There was nothing I would not do
To feel just a hint of your heat
And then things started to be
And we then added to two
But in reality I’m taken away

I would think of this more of an obsession, and co-dependence, rather then love!. And the repeated line,
"Now that I am lost in you!." Reads to me as, the person has
lost self, more then any thing else, It resembles the grief of
being widiowed for a time, until the healing begins, It is a

It is strange that the condition of "head over heels in love" can often leave one worse off than before!. A sense of tunnel vision occurs and destroys any sense of life that does not include the "beloved"!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
