Cover me within darkened veils,

Convulsions in a world gone mad!.

Seal the coffin with cryptic nails,

Why do their faces look so sad!?

Look into their confused eyes,

Don't surrender your neck to the blade!.

Corrupt dilusions add to their demise!.

As the hearts of them do fade!.

Walk around with blinders on,

Blocking out the truth!.

Shackle their minds so they can't run,

To the the wisdom of their youth!.

in my opinion the poem is about people having a delusional veiw of life that they shouldn't limit themselve to just the things they've seen or came in contact with!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

I get a strong sense of someone resisting both truth and imagination, condemning them!.
I also get the idea of someone giving a eulogy in the first half but I can't see the connection in the second!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
