Bluebird 4

Slowly sunlight retires
scattered in the evening,
Until my bluebird comes
then my night can begin!.
Indulging in her song
with the lyrics she sings,
Her rhythmic melody
always has me smiling!.

Keeping her for myself
for the presence she brings,
Selfishly asking her
to keep closed her wings!.
She smiles and confesses
She's not what I am missing,
Whispering to me goodbye

i liked it, and duh ppl, it's not actually about a blue bird!.!.!.pfft! what it means to me!? well, i think the bluebird is a lover of yours!. and when you say you are asking her selfishly to stay & not spread her wings, it means you never want your time with her to end!. i think you are trying to get across that this woman gives you such a sensational feeling, love or whatever, that you never wabt her to leave your side, bed, arms, heart, life!. but eventually, she must leave, whispering you goodnight!. the only thing i do not get is when you say, 'she smiles and confesses, she's not what i'm missing!.' i don't really get that!. ut otherwise, i really love it!. you poem shows the intense passion you have for her, and the loving bond that your hearts have!. and that when you are apart, it's painful!. well, that's what i think this poem means!. that's what i saw when i read it!. =]sarahWww@QuestionHome@Com
