A WOMAN SCORNED - A Rondeau
Tell me goodnight and feel the sting,
as dark intentions take their wing,
as thoughts of vengeance take their glow,
on waves of retribution flow,
hell hath no fury, this I sing!.
You crafted your own throne as king,
thought to break me with a ring,
and did your own destruction sow!.
Tell me goodnight!.
Hear my cry, are you listening,
as sharp steel slides from sheath to bring
the truth you would not let you know;
I am not leaving, you must go,
lest I must your blood with blade sling!.!.!.

The Rondeau is one of my favorite forms of poetry and you have mastered it!. I find one line confusing: S-3: "the truth you would not let you know!." It may be a typo!. Beautifully done, despite the context!!Www@QuestionHome@Com
