I know some poets look like a painter if that helps!. They have a painter hat on and they have really cool and relaxed clothes on!. I would wear a nice sweater and a petty tee shirt with a curly hair or a hat on!. With nice jeans!. Hopefully this helps!Www@QuestionHome@Com

Well, actually do not wear sequins unless your poetry is really bad!. My mother used to say if you have nothing to offer dress funny!. Pretend you are fey ( Irish or Gay!.!.!. both are kinda creative cool)!. If you are fey pretend you are not!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

we just had a "java jive" wear people recite poems and sing

the performers wore whatever they wanted
some wore formals clothes and someone jeans and a t-shirt
and didnt really matter
the performance is about you
so wear what you want!
