Question: Is this more of a poem or a rap!?
I find a certain pleasure in playing the role of
"the scape-goat";
I play it at very serious levels!.!.!. for free, laughing like
!.!.!. it was a joke!.
Defending some "bad-guys"!.!.!. whom I've never met;
Laughing at those who've been invading my privacy!.
Annoying some with no right to have been annoyed!.!.!.
Employing myself with the task of employing haters!.
Tomorrow, I might defend the friendly Darth Vader!.
Danger in large amounts!.!.!. that I laugh deeply at, though!.
My arguments for Bush, make me laugh at my shadows!.
Playing with professionals and grabbing my testacles;
Admittedly; Bush's level of "gangsta" is respectable!.
Not that it's worth much!.
I think my level of amusement derived from spies;

I like it as a poem, to me it reads like urban poetry!. I could see this being performed on the street or in 'speaker's corner'!. Best poem I've read on here actually, because it has character and expression!. Normally I'd talk grammar, spelling and structure but in this case it flows of its own accord and doesn't need the constraints of perfect English!. Well done!.

The style is just a reflection of the culture you are observing!.

Rap is a way of doing poetry!. It *is* poetry!.
I like it!. Poetry is for reading aloud!. It's all about language!. And I can totally hear this being read (or rapped) aloud!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
