staggers him not
wades into the hits
puts up his mitts
fights a good fight
in the battle of wits

furrowed brow beaten
by quick and clean shots
from children so smart
doomed from the start
his pointless stick
swings at their darts

I don't think it's pointless!. I like "from children so smart, doomed from the start!.!.!." It seems allot of fighters really are smart, but maybe lacked what they needed growing up!. Good visualization and summation of the characters involved!. I am not a litterary genius, but i can relate!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

No, I don't think so!. I read it few times to get anything out of it though (grammar would help with that I think) but it reminds me of children fighting!.!.!. the clever, cruel things said to each other, and the helplessness of being pitched against them!.!.!. I don't know if that's what you're going for, but it's what I ended up with!. It needs a little tidying, but it made me think, which is good!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

We who have taught have all had days line that!. Other times, the students are like thirsty sponges, greedily absorbing knowledge!. Either way, they can leave a teacher exhausted at the end of the day!. Bless their hearts! I guess that is why we keep coming back for more!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
