Question: Opinions on my poem!? Its for a poetry slam at my school!.!?
Okay so i have been selected to perform in a poetry slam that means i have to make my own poem and use a prop
well i did make the poem and my prop is a golden meter ruler stick and painted on it is the "golden rule" and a poster is attached to it that says "treat people the way you want to be treated
well heres my poem!. Thanks for all your opinions!
The Outcasts
Your Hurtful Words,
May Bring Them Pain!.
But Through All Of This,
Strength They’ll Gain!.
Your Stupid Actions,
May Hurt Them So!.
But Through All Of This,
So Much More They’ll Know
I’m Talking About The Outcasts,
The People Different From You!.
But You’ll Never Know That The Things You Say
Will Some Day Come Back On You
Whenever You Mention Their Name
Most People Ask “Who!?”
They’re The People Talked Bad About!.
What Would You Do If It Was You!?
