According to Brueghel
when Icarus fell
it was spring

a farmer was ploughing
his field
the whole pageantry

of the year was
awake tingling
near

the edge of the sea
concerned
with itself

sweating in the sun
that melted
the wings' wax

unsignificantly
off the coast
there was

a splash quite unnoticed
this was
Icarus drowning

i need to do that poem, but in te perpective of dadaelus!. and i have no idea of what to write

To escape, Daedalus built wings for himself and Icarus, fashioned with feathers held together with wax!. Daedalus warned his son not to fly too close to the sun, as it would melt his wings, and not too close to the sea, as it would dampen them and make it hard to fly!.

They successfully flew from Crete, but Icarus grew exhilarated by the thrill of flying and began getting careless!. Flying too close to the sun god Helios, the wax holding together his wings melted from the heat and he fell to his death, drowning in the sea

Soaring on lightest air!.

Life now has no meaning
Without you I am totally bereft
One moment of disobedience
And now I have nothing left!.

If only I could re-open tomorrow
To live once again that day
I'd put myself between you and sun
And protect you from its rays!.

I can see or speak no longer
Tears are blinding my eye
Oh, for sleep to shut my mind
Or perchance I too could die!.
