This can be rather simple or quite hard!. I would say dig deep down inside and write how you feel!. I have done several in my time about love!. I have always worked from how I feel, and from deep within my heart and soul!. The depth and strength of them has always revoved from how strong and special the love is in my own personal life!. First identify a theme or deeper message that you would like to convey with your poem!. Then decide on how to go about sharing that message (how to expand on or illustrate your idea!.) Choose a rhyme scheme, meter, and/or style of poem that would be most effective in conveying that message!.

sit down for five minutes and write down EVERYTHING that you associate with that word (you say love)!. Do NOT exclude anything, or ignore it because it's too 'random!.' Next jumble the words around, and try to pair words that you wouldn't normally see together: lazy bookcase, fallen eyelash, forgotten street corner!.!.!.

ask yourself, what your favorite sports teams is, or hobbies, things to do, dances or music or tv shows, then why do you like them , or love them so much, from there you may be able to conjure up a few ideas, start with a few lines, then rhyme & time them to the next sentence,

example:
i love my sports team,
yes i do,
i love to cheer them,
woh, hoo, woo!

and go from there, have fun,?
