Question: A poem for english!?
We're supposed to write a poem thing with phrases from chapter 4 of Night!. I didn't have the book, but my friend wrote down a lot of phrases!. Here is what i got:

I was angry with him,
The sad eyed angel
I did not feel and pity for him
As the Kapo took his time with the strokes of the whip

One, two!.!.!.
He let out a terrible cry
I was ever pleased

All eyes were on the child
As his eyes gleamed,
Empty and dead

I burst into laughter!.

This is what concentration camp had made of me!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

I was good until the "burst into laughter" part!. Makes you sound a bit sadistic really !.!.!. and really changed the tone on me!. Otherwise, it's a pretty sound poem and I like the last line a lot!. I'm just wondering if there's a different way of saying the laughter part while keeping with the rest of the poem's tone!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

It has a good start but you need to redo the ending a bit it kind of
looses the point towards the ending in needs to be a bit more consistentWww@QuestionHome@Com
