I Love You Ma

Everyday is your day!.
Not just this day, or this moment!.
Not just for this second!.
But always!.
Forever!.
Eternally I am grateful, for the pain you suffered!.
The tears you cried!.
All the cuts and scrapes you cleaned and kissed,
The lunches you packed!.
How you made sure that my life would go on,
Happy, joyful, even in the midst of poverty!.
You kept me clean,
Fed, and you made me make my bed,
"Because poor doesn't mean sloppy!"
How you made the best of the worst!.
When we didn't have two cents,
You made sure I felt like a million bucks!
