Question: Does Part IX leave you hanging!?
-Sin Seeker_
*Part IX~

I reached the dawn
and found abyss!.
Where I had seen the sun
I found a harsh, sweltering kiss!.
The dead were heard,
all who had fallen
in search for Miir!.
Upon the page,
my guide and curse,
I glanced in futile hope,
lips pursed
Only to see
this was my course,
the molten ocean
of remorse!.
Fellow Sin Reapers
I’d known before
they gnashed their teeth
I quailed… they roared!.
With resigned step
I moved ahead
I swam in fire
and wished for death!.
My skin began to stink with heat
My eyes were scorched
My hands were beat
But on I went
and fear was curbed!.
I would not come through
without my burns…

But I had to reach the end…

For a little while more, To Be Continued…

Blessed Be, Siren

I Do want to hear your thoughts!. This is not my favorite, and concerning the uneven style, this part of the story is meant to be unrefined and shaky…Www@QuestionHome@Com

This is intense! The imagery is fierce and violent and visual!. The style really does reflect this part of the poem!.!.!.it is quite raw!. I love this epic story more and more as it goes on!. This part leaves me hanging on the edge!. Thank you!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

You know it leaves us all hanging!.!.!. I went back and read them from the beginning again and found that this one works best if the one previous to it is read first before continuing to this one!.!.!. The dawn, the hope, seen in the distance turns out to be a more dangerous and disheartening trial for our little Sin Seeker to meat!.!.!. it this the hell of the SS world!? I know there are hidden meanings here, and the search for it will be one I will much enjoy!.!.!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

This is exquisite, all must face a terrible trial before meeting their mentor, or in the case of this poem, the "Miir!." While this may not be your favorite, it certainly does justice to the series!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
