Hey everyone, I recently heard this poem and I love it!. It's called "When we two parted!."

When we two parted
In silence and tears,
Half broken-hearted
To sever for years,
Pale grew thy cheek and cold,
Colder thy kiss;
Truly that hour foretold
Sorrow to this!.

The dew of the morning
Sunk chill on my brow--
It felt like the warning
Of what I feel now!.
Thy vows are all broken,
And light is thy fame;
I hear thy name spoken,
And share in its shame!.

They name thee before me,
A knell to mine ear;
A shrudder comes o'er me--
Why wert thou so dear!?
They know not I knew thee,
Who knew thee so well--
Long, long I shall rue thee,
Too deeply to tell!.

In secret we met--
In silence I grieve,
That thy heart could forget,

Thy spirit deceive
If I should meet thee
After long years,
How should I greet thee!?--
With silence and tears!.

It is when two are loved, and seperated, deeply in despair!. it is like Romeo and Juliet!. They can not be, nd met in secret, until they are seperated fully!.

And if they were to ever meet again, their love would continue straight on!.

your kisses were cold and your cheeks had lost colour
But after we parted,i had a feeling that I would have to go through whatever im going through today

In the chill of the morning dew drops on my brow,i felt its warning
You broke all your vows!.!.
I hear your name spoken around me
and i understand you have ruined your reputation!.!.
i share your shame!.!.!.

when people take my name before you
That gives me so much pain(why were you so dear to me)
They dont know that i had once known you so well
I shall worry deeply about you for long time

We used to meet sectretly
and now i grieve silently about
How could you forget me,
How your spirit decieved yourself and not remember me
After these long years
