Shining in the woods,
Creeping by inches

Woods' noon party
Of fireworks
Becomes forest-night

We end!.!.!.Darkness!.
We begin!.!.!.Light!.
We linger!.!.!.Sunrise,
Sunset!.

All begins
Once more!.

I like how it takes about
the fireflies,
also the part we begin
at sunrise or at light
we end at night
and when its dark!.

I'm a simple soul - I love echoing rhymes like - sunlit, twilight
I love the woods, I love fireflies (seen 'em once in Poland) and I love it when a huge concept is presented in just a few telling words!.!.!.!.!.and you are so good at 'telling'!.

How lovely!. I love the second verse--it reminds me of my second home in North Carolina when I would go for walks down the mountain paths and watch the sunset in the pasture and the fireflies would come out and dance around the cows at the edge of the woods !.Www@QuestionHome@Com

I have no idea why, but this one put a lump in my throat and a tear in my eye!.!.!.!.It's been rough around here these past several days and I feel the claws coming out!. I don't know anyone personally, but you are all part of "my family" in a way that I can't describe!.
