*Part VI~
“How are you called” was my first words
to this man of gentler night
He looked to me and shut the door
closing in the candlelight
“My name is not known far and wide,
I am not bound by King, laid Creed!.
Mine is the road of softer wealth
and words of subtlety!.”
His words fell vain upon the floor
I could not guess their truth
As we conversed there came the tap
of teardrops on the roof
“If not your name I may receive”
I said, “Then purpose I do ask
So my wonder, you may relieve,
I wish to know your task!.”
His eyes did shift, from blue to jade
as he peered up at my mind
The gentle face began to fade
his self-made barrier, resigned…

I think this is the longest of them all so far… to all who may have thought I had no more… you are just as surprised as I…ME…US… something like that…

As if wealth and its recognition can be anything other than hard!. also, the last two lines are absolute genius that keep the heart bounding!. So beautiful, I am simply amazed!. This part is fascinating and so creative, with perfect word choices defining the graceful, moving imagery!. A fan of the Siren I am, not by choice;
It's the music, the harmony, her voice,
that pulls me in -- again and again!.
I sailed for days with no symphonic tune!.
I thought I had won, sailed towards the moon
Upon the winds, my sins -- she wins!.
Siren, something about this one makes me hesitant to answer!.
It's got something to say that I have not yet figured out!.
It's rather powerful !. !. !.makes me think!.
