23 year old boy
Send to jail
Send for life and
Sentenced to die
23 year old boy
Says he is innocent
He says that the others did it
Mom is crying
Mom is on her knees
Praying to God
To make this nightmare
Go away
To bring his boy back home and
To reunite her family again
23 year old boy
Has sleepless nights
Wishing he had listened to his mother
Wishing he made the right friends and
Wishing that he was home
Innocent
He is
He did no harm
He hurt no one
23 year old boy
Sees the light
The light of his new life
The light of his new beginning and
The light of his freedom
Innocent
