Well, I'm going through a slump right now!. I'm sort of mushy brained and can't come up with anything so I'm taking a little break from writing and trying to recharge!. I know what you're going through!. I've erased a hole in my tablet! Let's wish each other good luck!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

I went through a couple years of not writting poetry!. It was when I lost who I was in a realationship!. After I broke up with him, I was writting better than ever!. I get all my poetry from life, family, deaths, relationships, etc!. Are you having a hard time right now in life!? Have you lost your passion for it!? We can't tell you if you lost your "muse"!. Maybe if you tell us more info!. I don't know!. Poetry happens to me when I'm cooking dinner, taking a stroll outside, or even in the shower!. Quality and production seldom go hand in hand!. I would not however, stop but it you have an idea, play with it, tweak and refine!. A good exercise I have done a few times is to go back to the dusty pile of starts and pull something out and try to bring it forward!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

I couldn't say for sure--that's more for you to judge, but I have been there myself!. I find a few weeks off usually does the trick!. It depends if I feel I'm forcing the work or not!.

I'm sure it'll work out--don't worry too much!.
