Yes it does help!. There are many people out there that turn to writting as an out!. No one can tell you what to write it is all about how you feel and you dont have to share it with no one!. You can write things that you normally wouldnt say and get it out on paper so you dont do something crazy! Not saying your crazy cause i dont know you but youd be surprised how great writting can be!. Drawing is also a good thing to do, you should try it you may find a hidden talent!!Www@QuestionHome@Com

i write music, not words!. one time when i was 16 my parents stumbled accross my journal!.!.!. and lets just say they didnt like what i wrote!.

2 years later i bought an electric guitar!. Ive been playing for 3 years and i compose passages that are very much influenced by what i feel and experiment with at the time!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

YES, because you can put all your feelings into a poem and a poem doesn't need to rhyme!.
Just have fun because it doesn't matter unless it's a grade!.
If it is a grade at least try to rhyme and have fun at same time!.
