And as you speak you slowly kill
Messages, enough to fill
The strongest hearts with grief and lies
Twisted tongues, your sole disguise
To hide the words from this cruel land
The hardest thing to understand
That scars our souls so deep for life
That puts us through dark times and strife
The truth, the words to give or take
To make us pay for our mistake
You can’t do wrong because one day
Someone will slip, and you will pay
Reality will then come back
And slowly life will attack
Until you’re left with memories
