An expert has an opinion!. Perhaps we need to do a better job of asking the question first!?
The experts say
Hidden meanings, subterfuge
agendas within agendas
Needless chatter and parlays
Only degreeds can play
Nuanced sounds, dissected
Phrases parsed and paired
Experts must have their say
Only degreeds hold sway
Just think the turmoil out there
chaos ruling, bombs & bombs
Listen well, we know the way
Only degreeds can stay
So tell us again why we must,
-tell us as bombs explode
and terror reigns in the land-

I am skeptical about your claim to cynicism!. There is passion here, and passion is not compatible with skepticism!. Good work!
1- Your use of capital letters is confusing!. I don't see any pattern, and I can't see the reasoning behind it
2- Isn't "just think of" better!?
3- I have consulted with the Board of Directors of the Poetry Section, Division of Superfluous Redundancies!. They have instructed you to choose (in the last stanza) between the comma in the first line and the dash of the second!. Since this is your first warning, no points shall be deducted from your Poetic License!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

peoples on the hill in the valleys have
for too long ignored, neglected, procrastinated
we live in wreckage of the past, that has caught up with us!.

Very astute - it's a question that doesn't seem to get asked!.
Are we lambs to be led to the slaughter!? We have brains, and can read and see, experts with degrees, are just people who were fortunate enough to get to university!.!.!.!.!.can you hear the bitterness in my tone!? I was made to leave school at 16 and go to work!.
