Will my lines sound natural
Will I hit my marks and queues
I want to play the fool, not be it
Will the white-hot lights turn me pale
Run my makeup down
Can I be the part chosen for me
An actor, the clown
Or a clambering, shaking mass
Classless
…I don’t know…
Let me live on the stage
Not wither and die unrecognized

Tomorrow, and tomorrow, and tomorrow
Creeps in this petty pace from day to day
To the last syllable of recorded time!.
And all our yesterdays have lighted fools
The way to dusty death!. Out, out, brief candle!.
Life’s but a walking shadow, a poor player
That struts and frets his hour upon the stage,
And then is heard no more!. It is a tale
Told by an idiot, full of sound and fury,
Signifying nothing!.

and that is what I am!.!.!.a poor player who struts and frets this hour upon the stage!.!.!.!.and then to be heard no more!.!.!.


the last two lines and very much striking TD!.!.!.!.!.and they rule my day!.!.!.

TC or TD hmmmmmm I think this poem does show some insecurities!. I was a ham and loved to be in front of a crowd, hence my being in a band and reading poetry and all sorts of public speaking!. Can i try this!?
