If I HAD to pick I would go with a metaphor -

Its not really personification since lips can literally be warm!.
but then again its not really a metaphor since the lips are not being compared to anything!.

Go with imagery!.!.!. but its more like an imagery that appeals to the senses instead of sightWww@QuestionHome@Com
