If I Could

If I could take back all the hurt I caused,
Would you take it back too!?
If I could take back all the tears that fell,
Would you let me dry them from your cheeks!?
When the "he said, she said" time comes around,
Would you call a silence to all chatter!?
If I could take back the things I said wrong,
Would you do the same for me!?
If I could take back all the lies I have told,
Would you really tell no more!?
If a promise is a promise is a promise,
Would you promise all over again!?
If I promised all over again!.
Would you believe me with your heart!?
I could take back the hurt and the tears,

This poem is very general!. Why not be specific and mention people, places, events, and time, even if you make them up!. Generality is for aphorisms like 'Early to bed and early to rise!.!.!." Poetry is about a particular person and experience!. Don't be afraid of just saying it straight!. If it's honest, people will understand!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
