Well, almost all the sonnets do. But you could try especially (for love and hate) sonnets 138, 142, 147 and 152. Sonnet 87 is another possibility.

For good and evil you might try sonnets 129 or 144, but this is "good and evil" in love/sexual relationships, not in general. The sonnets most about "good and evil" in general is probably 121.

The poems "The Rape of Lucrece" and "A Lover's Complaint" also deal with both these themes.
