A morning without coffee? Might as well go back to bed.
its 3.30.pm where i am i have had several coffee's today,
especially at 4.30am when i rose to go to work,double
expresso's for me at that time.
Sheryl is home sick today. I will let her sleep for a while, then she has to help...
I think a morning, an afternoon, qn evening would be impossible without coffee - whatever did us Brits do before whoever it was sailed across the pond? Or did it come the other way around across the land? I really am an ignoramus.

I've recently had to go a morning without coffee due to a knee surgery...Well it was over a month ago, but it seems like yesterday! Oh how I envied my husband and that steamy cup!
It's All About The Beans And Water
You go to bed at 2 AM and finally fall asleep by three
That dang buzzer and snooze button really bugs me.
It's 6:30 AM and I stumble to my tiny sardine kitchen,
I stumble, hit my head, stubbed my toe not worth mention...
I reach for My Sumatra beans and fill the grinder
They spin around exactly as they should, none finer
As I have been a corporate and franchise trainer
Ahh! The aroma fills the house and I use the best Burr grinder.
I take a deep breath and like wine swirl the mug, cupping
Swirling in my mouth and finally I get the bones moving!
Its taste and rich exotic blend are just what my veins need
When they take me to the ER I tell its not blood I bleed
So crank up your coffee grinders, no day old left over
Or sat on top a warmer, burns the drink and its a reminder
Tomorrow I better stop and get my beans and clean the liner.
How much to add, one scoops or two, it's really up to you
Just know that at my house you will be served Java, true!
Without my favorite mug and traveling one as well,

Where are my beans. my mugs? it's a crisis too!
