depends what you want the poem to be about. I take it it's some kind of a love poem? Or a desperation poem? Do you want it to rhyme? Oh well, here goes:

Just because I'm quiet
Doesn't mean I'm depressed
Doesn't mean I'm difficult
But it does mean I have so much more to say.

Just because I get good grades
Doesn't mean I'm a suck up
Doesn't mean I'm lifeless
But it does mean I can think for myself.

I'm not kidding here...take out the "fill in the blanks..." line and leave the rest alone. The unnamed values make it a brilliant piece. You tell us how quiet your are...then demostrate your quietness with the long blank pauses. TD
