Could somebody explain the tabs at the bottom of the "asker" window?

Question:What do the "Add to my Yahoo" and "Add to Del.icio.us" tabs do?
I want to save somebody's poetry -- are those the tabs I would use?

I don't what Del.icio.us is, but "Add to Yahoo Messenger" would post your Question to your Yahoo name on your friends buddy lists.
