Position:Home>Poetry> Every voice has its truth. Could you please tell me what you think?Question:Every voice has its truth (first written with Richard’s pencil) Every voice has its truth Even if full of lies Each lie has its own truth And covers a shameful emptiness. Copiously ornamenting, excruciatingly adorning Hollows. Each life has its dullness Each existence is trite Living is a tragedy Or ordinariness. Your fictions made you real In a comedy of sad truths. You gave me your words But they told me nothing Except promises of more words. What was Is not But words Are real You told Me nothing Except That your voice had its truth That your fiction was real And that your life was A tragedy Of ordinary Sufferings. This is so sophisticated. The last two stanzas are a perfect poem all on their own. You've made us unhate the mongrel, replacing anger with pity, a more fitting emotion. I love this very much. TD i like this poem , it has a nice flow to it and a couple of your lines i really enjoyed, it keep reading the poem . good job This is beautiful and disturbing, and so sweet that it was written with that particular pencil. I must say that the fourth and sixth stanza spoke the most to me. Not only were they about the relationship, but also about poetry (my interpretation), our promises in the words, our tragedy of ordinary sufferings that people (especially on this site) dub trite. This was exquisite. Thank you so much. Yes, "words are real." This poem is an extraordinary display of the reality of words. The ending, "A tragedy/Of ordinary/Sufferings is spectacular. You have an extraordinary way of painting with adjectives and metaphors. Absolutely brilliant! It flows easily & the last two parts are perfect on their own ,,,,,,,,,,,,, I really liked it |
