Question:Okay so I have to write a poem about 'Starbucks Coffee'. I want it to be a sonnet since it's easier than most types of poems. It contains 14 lines and follows a rhyme scheme.

Does anyone know what that rhyme scheme is?

Thanks :)

Technically, a sonnet is not that easy. There is the rhyme scheme that you have to follow, there is also the syllable count that you have to follow (ten per line), and there is iambic pentameter. An iambic foot consists of one unstressed syllable and one stressed syllable. There are five of these iambic feet in iambic pentameter. All of this is what you would want to follow if you wanted to right a true sonnet. To make it easier you could just leave out the iambic pentameter, but make every line have ten syllables.

This is just to let you know. :)

rhyme scheme is: abab cdcd efef gg
