Strange barking in the middle of the night when you dont own a dog, the sensation of a cat brushing up against your legs and when you glance down there is nothing

Voices calling your name thousands of miles away. Phantoms returning on aniversaries. Balls of light floating above your sleeping body. The murdered spirit of an avenging spectre waiting, waiting, waiting. Guests seeing a child at a dinner party, but there was a child murdered 50 years ago in that very room

Scratching at your window in the dead of night, your grandfather lying in his death bed calling out to his long lost brother " I am coming Simon, I will be there" . Night nurses recounting stories of elderly people dying and calling out to those loved and long dead to help them cross over
