Position:Home>Poetry> Great mood this morning, what you think about my little spring ditty?

Question:Morning sun today was particularly nice
As it cast its radiance across this space,
A new warmth in the air, a new life;
I awoke from a sleep of a hundred days
My eyes wide
My step as swift as when I was a child
I moved into the start of the newness that is the now.

Very uplifting. You made me want to actually take a shower and get dressed....just kidding! Geeze!

Very interesting. Kind of has a way of putting a
spring in your step mood. I kind of need that
being its gray outside still but I think the sun
is trying to peek through. Have a good day.

It doesn't help me out much bud.

Apt description of the spring "awakening" Well done. The only critique I would offer is the word "newness", it just seem to not flow with the line, but that could be me.

Whoa! That's just the way I feel every spring1 Well said..

Nice early morning greeting! (I'm glad someones eyes are wide...certain coffee is needed...mmmfpt.)

Yes, I can feel your great mood. It's gray and dreary here. Hard to find that swift step. Thank you for sharing your gay poem.

Rejuvenation! =^-^= That's what it's about, redeeming your inner-self, and/or obtaining lost energy. You needs a little more "spring" in your spring though, lol! Good job
