Question:ok, i have to write a poem about what i wish to be free from....

i have no clue what i wish to be free from...can you give me ideas and clue, and hot to write the poem...

im freaking out over and my poem is due soon....

I wish to be free from...

An angst, a pounding, rapping, rythem in my heart,
a pressure building behind my eyes,
my hands won't stay still,
wringing, wrenching, praying hands,
Where is my breath?
Why can I not fill my lungs?
I ponder,
stop,
I stare,
Into the distance and querry why my anxiety is so clear.

I wish to be free from...
-death
-poverty
-illnesses
-global warming
-"him" or "her"
Tips:
-keep it flowing.
-decide what kind of poem. Do you want it to rhyme or not?
-express the feeling and idea clearly
-give "feeling" into it. Don't just say "I wish to be free." Give more detail.
