Question:War Memory

A memory of a secret place.
A fight of glory and discrace.
The blood of all the men who died;
Who battled bravely side by side.
Every man, and every life
Was given willingly to fight.
Every heart, and every soul
Could not forget and never will.

Well, it's interesting. I want to know what place this is. It makes me want to read more.

That is really good! I think it's great that you would write about the wars...after all if it wasn't for the soldiers...think about what america would end up like. If I could rate it it would be 5/5!

soul and will don't rhyme that well

Also 'side by side' is something that can be improved upon

I like it.
Poems don't have to rhyme, however with this one, you had the first 3 doublets rhyming. Would it have made the poem better to rhyme the last two lines? I really don't think so. By them not rhyming, it's an attention getter.
I think it could use a little touch up, but not much.
Try to add another stanza, maybe. But it can stand alone.

Great topic, but you don't have to rhyme.
Try experimenting with poetry by not rhyming!!
