Question:Sweet ethereal moments
Slipping through my hands
Where are you going?
Quickly fall the sands.
Time is rushing from me.
Like drops of rain fresh and sweet.
Falling onto the thirsty ground.
New, refreshing, and complete.
Peace flows gently onward.
I shall wait upon His will.
He will answer all my questions.
So I will be quiet and be still.
So sweet shall be the waiting
When it happens I shall know
And when He bids me come
I shall gladly peacefully go.
But for now these moments are mine.
Sweet and short and true.
I shall gather precious minutes
Glistening wet with morning dew.
