how could you look me in the eyes and lie

was that only to make me hurt

i'm over the pain
i guess you can say you made me change

Not for the worse
believe me it was for good
now i dont think i'm misunderstood

i'm better today
than i was yesterday
so what i guess i'm trying to say....
is thank-you for paving my way
to a new,better and brighter day
