Question:Are you able to take a mundane part of your life and make it sound interesting?

Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: Are you able to take a mundane part of your life and make it sound interesting?

As I began to read the question, the shear brilliance in the mind of the asker seemed to glow from my monitor. I wanted to answer, but the clarity and conviction of the question overwhelmed me. All I was able to do was sit at stare at it for hours...

Oh yah! Even if my life isn't interesting to me, I find that people are always fascinated when I tell them something about me or happened to me, so I believe it must be the way I express myself. :)

Yes, I can take the boring and turn it into a writing idea, even. Take a look at my blog.

I don't really know. Pretty much all of my life is mundane so I have to do something to make it sound relatively interesting, I suppose.

Yes, thank heavens I am able to do that. Fascinating query,
thank you!

As Wordsworth tells us, "The world is too much with us late and soon..." Life is mundane, but poets take the everyday facts of life and view them in a new perspective. I hope I've been able to do the same.

If you aren't taking every day of your life and creating something out of the mundaneness, you are headed for depression and drugs to deal with it.

I create something out of the mundaneness of my life every day.............it's called laughter, fun, poetry, and a little wine to wind her down in the evenings!
