There's no real issue that you need to do anything about, but poetry.com publishes everyone. When my daughter was about 10, she wrote alot of poetry which they published. They didn't worry about bad spelling or grammar. The deal is that they want to sell you their book, which will have your poem, and everyone else's in it. Good or bad, it's all there. You don't have to buy the book, so there's no harm that you sent them your poem. They do not own any rights to your poetry, so you are free to submit other places.

I'm guessing they just publicly show your poem if they like it...
about the website i can tell you that they make a lot of money with that domain name

SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!!!

Everone wins, everyone gets published its all a scam.

This is a legitimate business called "Vanity Publishing." It has been around for centuries. Basically, you pay them to be included in the collection. Exactly the opposite of my book. TD

that was just an advertisement, it was fake.

yeah it's just they want to sell their book. what they do is tell you your are going to be in a book of only 200 out of some million and try to get you to buy the book to make a profit. i submitted my stuff, but knew better not to buy the book........
