It's about developing the proper attitudes about things. It's about keeping your eyes on the goal and not being distracted by unimportant things. It's about courage and self-control, and what you might call 'maturity'--acting like a grown-up and seeing the real value of things.

You can see this by looking at the bottom. If . . . (all these things) . . then the world is yours, and what's more you'll be a man, my son.
